Gerry has over 20 years of experience in financial services, spending most of this time specialising in residential and commercial mortgages. Gerry established KMC in 1990, he is a Qualified Financial Advisor. He is also Vice President of the Independent Mortgage Advisors Federation, the national organistion for the countries leading independent mortgage advisors.
Stephen O'Grady
Dublin Office Manager
Stephen has worked with KMC since 2003. Previous to this he worked with Mortgages 2000 for five years. Stephen has an LIA Mortgage Diploma.
Michael Kinahan, QFA, CIP
Financial Advisor
Michael joined the company in 2005 and looks after life, protection, pensions and investments in the Dundalk and Carrickmacross Offices. He is a Qualified Financial Advisor, Certified Insurance Practioner and also holds a Certificate in Mortgage Practice. Michael joined ICS Building Society as a mortgage advisor in 1998 and worked in this role until he joined Hibernian as a branch manager in 2002.
Sharon Grimes
Senior Mortgage Consultant
Sharon has been with us since 2002. Previous to this Sharon worked with First Active for over three years, where she was a Senior Mortgage Underwiter. Sharon has Certificates in Financial Services and Mortgage Practice. She also has a Diploma in Joint Financial Services.
Amanda Craven
Senior Mortgage Consultant
Amanda has been a member of the team since 2006. Prior to joining us she had 13 years of experience in the financial sector, most of this time spent with the Bank of Ireland group, where she worked as a mortgage advisor. She was also an underwriting team leader with Solent mortgages. Amanda has completed the investments, mortgage advice and practice modules of the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and is currently aiming towards QFA.
Sheena Kinahan
Mortgage Consultant
Sheena joined KMC in June 2007 having previously worked in sales with National Irish Bank. Sheena has already passed the life assurance module of the QFA and is working towards the completion of all modules.
Rosaleen Hearty
Home & General Insurance Advisor
Rosaleen joined us in 2003 She has worked in the general insurance sector for over 25 years, having been with Mc Guill Insurances and O'Donnell & O'Neill before joining KMC. Rosaleen has the General Insurance Foundation Course from the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
